Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and interface (UI), with an eye for details, strong communication skills, striving for constant improvement.

Who are we?

A digital agency that has been disrupting the field of web and mobile for the last 10 years. We work mostly with international clients and our team is multiculty too. This also means we love remote work 😄. Our team is made up of designers, developers, project managers and creatives.

Some of our partners and clients with whom we have a long standing relationships and with whom you would most likely be working: Danfoss, SenseFly, Atlantic Group, Roche, A1 and many others. We also have our own projects which are based on our ideas and solutions. For example we have our own smart url shortener, our internal radio station, fitness app,... What do we expect?

• Experience in the field of mobile and web design

• High level of visual creativity.

• Excellent knowledge of UX / UI specifics, experience with mastering more advanced UI interventions such as animations, etc.

• Working with Figma.

• Systematically approaching solutions (design systems, UI components).
  

• Professional and responsible attitude towards projects (cooperation with clients, preparation of proposals and guidelines for project implementations, compliance with deadlines).

• Strong communication skills.

• Positive and open attitude towards cooperation with other departments (development, PM).
  

• Self-initiative and responsibility.
  

• Accuracy.
  

• Desire to acquire and upgrade knowledge.

• Experience with tools for analysing user behaviour (GA, Hotjar ...) and knowledge of programming languages is not necessary but will be considered a plus.
